What is MatrixStream IPTV solution?

MatrixStream Technologies, Inc. provides complete end-to-end IPTV solution that offers any service provider the ability to start an IPTV service instantly. 		Anti-Piracy Security (APS) - APS Fully protected against video piracy by using condition access (CA) and MatrixCrypt(TM) DRM technologies with 128bit AES Encryption and SSL.
		Bandwidth Saving Mode (BSM) Protection - BSM automatically times out a video stream after a preset time limit to avoid users accidentally leave the stream running 24 hours a day when they are not watching. This feature is available on MatrixStream HD H.264 set top box.

	IMX M500 - Enterprise IPTV middleware 1U server designed to support up to maximum of 500 viewers. Designed for small IPTV deployments and to work with IMX i2410 and IMX v2420 streaming servers.
	IMX M2200 - Service provider 1U IPTV middleware server designed to support large IPTV deployment. Each server is capable of handling up to 50,000 viewers and can be expanded via N+1 clustering to unlimited viewers. IMX M2200 is designed to support all the streaming servers including IMX i2410, IMX v2420, IMX X1i and IMX X1v.
IPTV Live TV MatrixCast Streaming Servers
	IMX i2410 - Designed to support live IPTV broadcasts and work hand in hand with IMX e4010 , IMX e4050SD and IMX e4080HD video encoders. 	IMX e4010 - Live TV encoder capable of encoding standard definition video in 480p format in 1U form factor. Designed to work IMX i2410 and IMX X1i live TV streaming servers. Each encoder can support 1 live TV channel.

	HD MX 1 Set Top Box - Designed to stream highest quality HD videos up to 1080p format to your HDTV. MX 1 HD set top box is designed to work with rest of the MatrixStream products to support live streaming videos over the Internet. MX 1 set top box comes with easy to use remote control. All the viewer needs at home is a connection to HDTV and a broadband Internet connection.

Sample Deployment Diagram

The following network diagram shows an example of MatrixStream MatrixCast IPTV deployment. Live satellite channels are encoded by IMX e4010 video encoders and then being streamed over the "best effort" IP network by IMX i2410 MatrixCast live TV streaming servers. Viewers can also also access streaming VOD via IMX v2420 MatrixCast VOD streaming servers. The entire solution is being managed by IMX M2200 middleware servers capable of supporting up to millions of viewers. IPTV subscribers can view videos on their HDTVs with MX 1 IP HD set top box clients or on their multimedia PCs with MX 1100 PC video viewers.
